Right a few weeks ago i reinstalled a friends laptop with XP with a disc off a torrent site... (Apparently all windows discs are generic its just the product key that is different) ...then tried to use the product key off the certificate off the bottom of the laptop to activate it but this...

Trying to fix a mate's laptop and it keeps saying that it can't find the disc drive and code 41 or summat :S :S Could be a loose wire but bit difficult to get to seeing how its a laptop. Any ideas anyone, thanks in advance...
