I live in a tiny little city here in the US, where everybody knows just about everybody.

My wife was stopped today at the local shop and was asked if me or her owned the Adult Superstore in the local area, as rumour has it that me and the wife just purchased the business ha ha.

I mind I was approached one time in Walmart in this pokey little town as I was wearing a Glasgow Rangers Shirt and a guy came over to me asked me for my autograph thinking I actually played for the team lmao.

The same thing happened with Leaky in NYC:lol: Some Mexican guy thought he was a player called Pedro in his favourite team:D

As for mistaken identity, I once had my arse slapped off the headmaster for walking on the school roof at night when I was actually at home watching the 6 Million Dollar Man at the time he said I had:crazy:

Guess that was part payment for the times when I actually did walk on the roof:p

Then i get up to read this today

A SUPERMARKET is today reassuring customers that a chilling plot to kidnap a child at one of its stores is a malicious hoax.
Asda store on Portrack Lane

The Asda store on Portrack Lane, Stockton, is the latest target of a scare-mongering rumour sweeping Britain and the United States.

Word is spread via mobile phone text message.

The text preys on parents’ worst fears, and is worded as follows: “Last night at the Stockton Asda a three-year-old girl went missing.

“Fortunately their policy when something like this happens is to lock the doors. The little girl was found in the toilets with two Romanian women.

“One was shaving her head and the other dressing her in boys’ clothing.”

There then follows a warning to parents to be extra vigilant in watching their own children.

The story is totally false, a spokesman for Asda told the Evening Gazette.

“We’ve been made aware of a number of messages like this circulating throughout the country.

“They are, of course, totally untrue,” said the spokesman.

Movin' on up.
I got sent this text. Knew it was not true as a similar hoax went round a few years ago. It just plays on peoples fear for the safety of their children and their distrust and dislike of immigrants.

Both of these fears are so over cooked these days.

Kids are not safe to do anything .. . like walk to school for example?
Immigrants are evil and will eat your children or sell them .. . . .If you let them walk to school.
