Just thought i would let you all know,

Got back from the gym at 8pm & i have serious chaffing between my legs :cry:

Feels like i have a cheese grater down me pants :$

What you need my dear is a great big tube of Savlon.... ;) Will sort you right out! It will slighty numb your sore area!

Also whilst Im here that word is the word that goes through me the most out of all the words ever... lol Its minging....

I'll have to send you some in the post as a return favour for my little package!

was just gonna say that meself :D should have some at the local shop en all they stuff everywhere these days...works wonders on insect bites en all:p :) stops the itchin

God, i think i may have to lie down for a while :cry:

Best i can do at the minute is walk with my legs as far apart as i can :he she:

I look ridiculous :$ There are certain words that i cant stand aswell, one of them being 'Squat' :naughty:

Its from when i have been doing 40 minutes on the treadmill :(

Slowly but surely i start to sweat in certain areas until eventually my undergarments become rather sticky & it starts to grate on the inside of my legs :$

My boxes end up wedged in bizarre places :$

If you cover the offending areas thinkly with vaseline youll be able to walk quite normally i assure you :p ;)
