The guy is a top producer and is behind many many trax
Been buying his techno style house for years after being introduced to it by Dave Angel. He was hammering Olavs grinding disco/tech/funk (lol) stuff back in 96/97 long before most cottoned on.
All i can say is Class! rocks the floor everytime. :thumbsup:

Dont like what the guy is doing right now!!! All this filtering shiz. House nowadays is a mess. Some put rock into it, some still use the disco shit; house iis on his absolutely downpoint right now. Only some deeper stuff is good, but the party house music suxx; no nice pianos, no more good vocals (everything is filtered to death. I want back the great times from 92-98 where I was loving the stuff. Great music from AM

M, Strictly Rhythm, Fresh, Stress + many more. Really loved the UK style by Nush, K-Klass, Rollo. Rockford Files, Sarasota , ....
Also loved the S-Garage, there was some dirt in the trax and not only shit glamour tunes like today. All this crap arounf right now; most hated track ---> Cabin Crew (seen the video the other day). Its not my house music. Defected is the only label right now who release sometimes a good choon!!!

Sorry for telling something which wasnt intended by the threadstarter, but these are things I just wanted to say.

i do believe if you do a little more research you'll find that he was QUITE busy from 1990 - current on different projects.

and stuff that you really dug but never bothered to check out the credits. classics you bet!

Ive only said that I dont like hisNew stuff from the Samplitude-series on. Im just no fan of filtering to death house music

. Sil -Windows is a true classic. :thumbsup:

Just been reading the thread and co-incidentally have just listed Bob Marley - Jammin Rmxs on ebay which includes an Olav Basoki remix.

Personally it's not my scene but I received a lot of this stuff when I bought my decks (the guy through in all his tunes) and I am selling off one by one.
