are you going to the gym n stuff???? Ive done what amy mars said...n cut down my protion size. untill i did that, i honestly didn't realise how much food i was eating-even tho it was good food-i was still putting on weight. but im loosing it now, in a good way. so, sound. :D

I've been going swimming loads. 3-4 times a week, doing 80 lengths each time.

I know what you mean about portion sizes. I was eating nearly the same size portion as Chris, couldn't manage that now though, I'm full after a brew lol

Honestly well done, weight watchers is just the best diet plan out there isn't it, i've seen people try all sorts of weird diets but for some reason this is the only one that really reeeally seems to work, good on you for losing all that thats AMAZING!!!!
