This is "Ronnie Canada ‎– The Power's In My Music" [Tomohawk Records]
Don't know which version this is - 'Full Vocal Mix' or 'Power Mix', but I guess it's 'Full Vocal Mix' here. There's a version uploaded on YouTube which differs from this one, I think that version is 'Power Mix' because it sounds heavier.

yeah ive done the years of downloading sets, thought it was about time to start listening thru them & see what ive actually downloaded phones:

think my site is down at the moment, hopefully angelfire will get it soreted out soon

This is probably Olophonics ‎- We're Gonna Jack (Doodup). There were 3 versions of this track: Concept Zone (Mix), Tekno Zone and Olophonics Zone. 'Concept Mix' was the most popular and it's the only version uploaded on YouTube, but it's definitely not this version here. So it's probably Olophonics ‎- We're Gonna Jack (Olophonics Zone) but I can't find preview anywhere and can't confirm.

yeah think your ID is correct, listening to the version on youtube @ 04:20 there are elements of the track im looking for
