That was the best Hazy I've been to!!
dj.gif

Marshall 'Daddy Cool' Jefferson was out of this world and was such a nice fella, he proper buzzed off the crowd and was really chilled when everyone was going up for photos and autographs.
headbang.gif

Was great to see so many of the regulars in there, massive respect to those that travel from far and wide to go to Hazy..the place wouldn't be the same without yas
love4.gif

I was only upstairs for a wee while and heard a bit of Marts setphones: but then I stayed downstairs and didn't stop dancin all night. I managed to get soaked by the mystery water thrower and ended up looking like a drowned rat/tramps arse on smack:fekked: ..but I didn't care becuase the night was that good. It was boss, well good and mint:p all in one:thumbsup:
The atmosphere in Hazy was so luved up and happy and you just don't get that anywhere else:love:
Shouts to everyone I met on the night..too many to name but you are all fandabydozytastic:cool:
Special mention and thanks to afterparty host 1 SJ and afterparty hosts 2 Lozzie and Vee and all that attended:fekked:
occasion14.gif
in particular VA who entertained me with his tales of killer roosters:thumbsup:

DJ Pluton:p , Mart and the rest of the Hazy crew, thank you for such a fantastic night:luv: and Mike thanks for 'Teardrops' (I think by Womack and Womack) at the end:love:

What can you say about our mate Jeffers ;) ... he was totally amazing. He was the most genuine guy and didnt even freak when he was greeting by some looney scouser who litterally strangled hugged him at the door and then led him through the crowd to the stage ;)

I can honestly say ive never met a producer who was able to transfer the emotion in a record as Marshall did .... especially when he did the plane with his arms and the eyes closed smile as he did to Its Alright. It moved me and I'm glad I was there to see and experience it. It was more for me than just Marshall being there, he bought something to hazy that no one else has ever done ... that house is feeling ;)

I wanna thank Mick for allowing me to play downstairs on that night. I will remember it forever.

Big shouts to Vertigo - your set was great

Also to Tag and Shaun who did a great job upstairs and thanks to all the oo oo's for laibach ;)

Its still not sinking in.... I might get over it in a few years time.

Absolutely superb night! Hazy back at its best :D

Everybody was well up for this one, the place had a real buzz to it all night. The whole place was going mad from start to finish, love it when you hear the crowd screaming when tunes get dropped

Got there a bit late so missed Annie's set, good set by Vertigo as always, I was buzzin upstairs and down a bit at this point 'cos it was already so hot downstairs. Then Marshall was on, must admit I thought he was doing a dodgy mix for his opening too until I realised what he was upto with the pitch shifter thingy lol. Then straight into Reachin :D really enjoyed his set, was good to see him enjoying it so much too, singing away, seemed like a really nice fella. He was so cool that he didn't even break a sweat even tho it was 120deg in there. Fantastic set from Mart and Mick too, loved the Mia Cara tune - not heard that before, superb - first thing I did when got into work this morning was order one of them.

Where the fek did Shannine get that drum from??

Big thankyou to all the Hazy and OSA crew for a unforgettable night :D

agreed! farkin tune n half that was! heard it on the radio today, and i was overcome with memories of saturday, the hairs on me neck stood on end and i got all emotional for a minute (still :fekked: probably lol) perfect way to end the nite Mickphones:

Top sets by mart n annie n vertigo had the crowd well up and avin it!phones: That love on love tune was a beast, just ordered one off Gemm, cheers for the ID dreamgirl:thumbsup:

What can i say about the man himself, ultra cool personified:cool:
started with my favourite tune ever, phase II reachin, and i knew from then on, it was gonna be something special:king: big respect to the guy for being so down to earth with everyone and buzzin off the crowd! easty take note - THAT is what you call a LEGEND!!! played some mint tunes, couldnt tell ya what some of em were:fekked: but they were farkin gooooooood
and mick finished the nite off in usual faultless styleee:king: phones: proper boss

just told me mate that I didn't even know who Marshall Jefferson was until Saturday. He's just started singing 'Ya gotta have house music!' :) Feel rather stupid now :$

A cracking night. Dreamgirl has hit the nail right on the head about Marshall. His set was superb. His new tune as well   phones:

A massive OSA crew came along. Really ace to see everyone and some faces that have been missed. Thanks to Konspiracy for me chewn... phones: Thanks to every single one of you who came and rocked Hazy and made it the summer of luverpool  . It was a fab atmosphere in there and this was one of the best nights I've ever had ANYWHERE ever.

Thankyou so much to everyone who helped in the setting up, the promotion, the toil, the stress, the blood, the sweat etc. There's a hell of a lot goes on behind the scenes. You know who you are and you're all amazing  . Tag the chauffeur extraordinaire :car:, Shaun C for upstairs  phones: . Ste for all the promo and website work, SJ for the "marshall"ing of the OSA crew and tickets and of course to my partner in crime Grover... nuff said.

Next month is the upstairz coming downstairz. After last years wicked beach party, Plutes and Dreamgirls birthday and all the feedback from the Graeme Park thread we're bringing the fun and games down again to the main room and having another residents party. So expect all the Hazy classics to get a big workout and its only a fiver in
