Decent Indie Nights In Manchester

Anyone know of a decent Indie night in Manc playing stuff like The Cure, The Pixies, Roses, Smiths etc etc

Is 42nd St any good these days?

On the piss on the 18th and we fancy something a bit different

PS, Butty/BJ, when is your Evolution thing kicking off, is it on that Saturday?

yeah man 42's is still wicked, well, is cause i only been goin bout a yr. lol
but yeah its awesome!!! well worth goin, also, another good nite is 5th avenue, thats really good for indie and stuff, and often throws a bit of faithless, and sometimes a bit of rock too (soft rock)

theres some great rock clubs i go to as well if ur inot that, but those two i think are the ebst on the indie front (and they're relatively cheap too!!)

we ought to arrange an osa indie night. None of my mates are into go I don't get to go that often

Its been a while since Ive been to one in Manchester, forgot Boon was doing something, could be a good shout that I thought the usual places might still be going, 42nd St, 5th Ave??

Theres one in Preston at the Warehouse, a right dirty smelly dive with 3 floors, its not bad

It's gonna be every 3rd Friday of the month, which is nice as won't be confusing everyone with "is it friday or saturday this month?" lol
