When does an Ebay buyer become an ebay moaner!

Right, just over a week ago some guy won something of Lee on ebay and payed straight away. He emailed lee to tell him he had payed and said he hopes he posts it soon, lee mailed back sayin thanks etc etc! Anyway the next day this guy emailed lee asking if he had sent it, lee said no not yet but will be doing soon. He then emailed him the next day asking the same so lee replied that he hadn't mailed it as he had been coming home from work a little later than usual so would post it by weekend/monday. The guy has emailed him 7 times in total asking if he has sent the bloody thing and has also contacted ebay to request our contact details!!! Now, we have kept this guy informed as to when we will be sending the item so whats his problem??!! i dont think theres any need to keep pestering us, 7 times imo is too much esp as we have told him when it will be getting posted and ffs its only been just over a week!!

In my opinion goods should be sent out within a couple of days of being paid. I appreciate that this isn't always the case due to work etc. If I can't send something quickly cause of work I will tell them. But a Week is a long time by ebay standards.

Well normally we always send items out the next day, anybody can check our feedback its 100%, but on this occasion we couldnt, like i have said though we have kept the guy informed so its not like we are taking the piss! I just think theres no need for 7 emails, thats nearly one a day!!

leave neutral feedback then and say he paid promptly but then hassled you everyday.

He's got his money back from our paypal account by saying we havent sent the item so ebay has refunded him, yet monday we emailed him and said we have sent him the item!!! The little bastard has got our pc and £170 odd quid back!!! What should i do???? I feel like ringing the bastard up!!! God i am fumming!!!

It usually takes weeks to affect a refund via PayPal, as they're that bloody slow at sorting it, he can't have done it in a day or two, thats insane!

If he has, he's fucked the system somewhere down the line or works for them ont sly.

He has emailed us over 7 times now over 9 days asking have we sent it, on monday we said yes we have so it should be with you some time soon and apoligized for it being a little late, its wednesday and he's filed a complaint, FUCKIN wednesday, 2 DAYS LATER!! TIT!! God im SO angry, im gonna set off walking to Devon now, find his house and bomb it!! Surley he cant do this!?? The guy even emailed us twice before bidding on pc asking what size it was?? I know! Madness! Tbh i think the money is in a holding bay with ebay or paypal but i dont give a F*ck , the guys filed a complaint today 2 days after we have told him it had been sent!! Tosser!

Ive just sent him an email asking why has he filed a compalint today when on monday we told him we had sent the item!? We have kept him informed at all times and have apoligized for taking 9 days to send it!

i'm in a good one at the moment...like a dick I mailed a record to the wrong person, the person i sent it to hadn't yet paid for the record they wanted so thought i was fooked. mailed him no reply. next day i get his cheque and think sorted, if he doesn't send the wrong record back i won't send his etc. then to top it all off i realise that i've since won an auction of the same person...doh!

he's being a bit of an arse though, won't send my 2 until i send his...he got paid 10 days ago for the one i won, it took him 10 days to send me a cheque and now i've got to wait for it to clear as well. no reason why he can't send them straight away.

Its definalty come out of Lee's paypal, its in minus, but ive read up on the rules etc and the money hasnt been refunded to the guy its deffo in a holding bay, but i just hope he doesnt decide once he's had a chance to look at the pc that he doesnt want it and wants his money back!

me personally I will never sell to another foreigner again... the charges for international recorded are truckloads more than just normal international & I've had to reimburse a couple of peeps I sent tunes to in Germany where they say they haven't received em just to keep me 100% pos feedback :$

Still waiting on a tune meself from Germany too - paid the bugger 2 months ago.... :|
