If you're the type that steps on the cables and wrecks them in that way, then get the virtually indestructable technics DJ1200's:thumbsup:

They're loud but bassy though, so If sound quality's the most important factor then get something else:)

I *highly* recommend the Sennheiser HD-25 phones, these are absolutely spectacular. I've had my pair for 4+ years, they're practically indestructible. If you've got music playing into them, you can't hear people talking, even if they're right next to you! Be careful that you don't get the HD-25 SPs, I've heard they're not as good.

had hd25's for years now,i recomend them if u dont mind spending a bit extra
u probably wouldnt need to buy another set unless some git pinches them.

I always thought Sennheiser headphones were pretty flimsy things :S so are these HD25's up to lugging around and stepping on the cables and sheet?:)

Agreed, the Technics ones are much better, comfier and sound better imo
