walking in the lakes

finished work yesterday at 3.45 by 4.45 i was walking!
just 3 photo taken on me phone camera

1. Bassenthwaite Lake from Binsey Fell, with Ullock Pike rising to Skiddaw on the left

2. The Dash Valley, from the top of Whitewater Dash, on the supply road to Skiddaw House

3. Looking South from the summit of Great Calva, through St. John's in the Vale, with Lake Thrilmere and Helvellyn (left side of lake) in the distace & dark clouds coming over Blencathra on the left

and back home by 8!

yeah i got all the wainwright books, binsey & great calva are in the northern fells one, i only went up binsey to see what the weather was like up the dash valley

ive done nearly all the tops in the lakes, a few monro's including the Aonach Eagach ridge, & Snowdon but all that was like 15 year ago!, so im just taking it easy now! lol!
