unknown track, 1990-1991 era

Hi everyone,
im desperately trying to find a track i used to have! i cant remember what its called, but it uses the same synth sample as holy noise - father forgive them ( the first 40ish seconds of the uploaded track) and had a digitised voice saying "v.i.d.e.o games" and a female voice saying "level1" and "level 2" at the breaks
Any help would be much appreciated
