trouble connecting

just got my 500mb web space to uplaod mixes , having trouble connecting to my web space , could this be because im using a computer at work ?

also im tryin to use an online FTP :S , im more begining to think its somethin to do with the works computer , have to be an administrator and all that sort a crap , get home from work friday so will try again then
