"They just wander about aimlessly" - Found by Chinatownswhite Ruffige Crew - Kris Biscuit/Killer Muffin

Alright anoraks,

I've copied an old "Dance '92" cassette onto mp3 and there is a track on there I really want ID'd.
Maybe one of you could help me.

It has the line "They just wander about aimlessly" and then a voice singing something like "eee yipiee eye".

I can make the recording available from my google drive (if that's allowed).

There are actually a whole host of tracks (from '92-'94) I'd like ID'd at the moment, since I've started copying my old cassettes onto mp3.

Anyone out there that can help?

The track seeems very pitced up....
I have a track called Midnite Attraction by Fallout, I forget what label its on now, has the same Rock the house yall sample on it....

I will ck it tomoz and get bk to you, but im sure its the track I have
