anybody remember the first record (rave tune) they ever bought, mines was:

the scientist - the bee

from: Sneakers Records (Silver Arcade) in Leicester 1990

i first heard this the night before at Psychosis at the fall-out shelter and they had this laser projecting a UFO on the back wall flying around to the buzzing noise of the bee.

as a young 18 year old (f#ck i'm old) this was about as banging as they come, still one of my all time faves, although my tastes have generally mellowed a bit now.
