Don't recall double barrels, but double diamonds were superb round that time.
Had some kermits once.. green things, nailed your feet to the floor and made you sweat like a paedophile in a playground. Made my eyes roll like a fruit machine, but the grin went from ear 2 ear! Think my mate was sick in his sleeve because he couldn't stand up to disguise it elsewhere. I remember him saying to me thru clenched teeth: "I think these are a bit smacky"... What an understatement ;-)
