Well I wasn't entirely sure what to expect from this night, and I'd also never been to Sankeys before, but I pleased to say I had a top night.
Must admit though when we first walked in I thought "is that it?" but then realized that we were only in the bar bit... lol
So Trace jumped on the decks in the bar at 11.30 and played some quality tuna for an hour, and then luckily (for her anyway) the guy who was on after couldn't get his laptop working so Trace got an extra 30 mins! Serves him right for cheating with a computer I suppose! haha!
So by this time the bar was packed and the main room was filling up nicely. Was dark, getting sweaty and there was some stomping techno blasting over the dancefloor.
There was a bit in the middle where the music went a little bit too technoey for my liking - kind of reminded me of that scene from Blade, and I was half expecting blood to start spraying out from the ceiling - but it picked up again and went stoping again for about an hour before we left to come home.
All in all, a quality night out. Even Lottie's mate enjoyed it, and she thought she was going to an olskool piano night!

Also to lottie and her mate ange for coming along too, you both looked like you enjoyed yourselfs , even if poor ange thought she was off to an oldskool piano night!

and was even more chuffed when i got to play for an extra half hour which could of been an hour more but i wasnt goin to be greedy , so the guys on after me had an extra half hour too!
