Sasha Ambient tune

Hey all my friend has been after a tune for while now. He said it was on a Sasha mix from late 90-91 and the mix had orbital-belfast on but the tune he is after was like a Depeche Mode like start to the tune sounding like dripping tap it was from an 80's pop group but hes quite sure it was Depeche mode but the tune was different from the intro Any ideas please

No was on an early sasha mix roughly 1991 the mix had belfast on the intro of the tune had Mr mister sample the tune was different to the start of it
