but then not as harsh as what a rape victim suffers during the incident and for rest of her life mentally and emotionally..

quality idea. Shame it don't totally lob it off though. Unfortunate that measures like these need to be taken though.
but just because a bloke goes into hospital with one of those attached does that mean he raped someone? it's a deterrent possibly but still doesn't prove someone was raped..

Scarey thought to think that it could be used to incriminate someone. Also since when is the likelyhood of of being raped predetermined so much so that you know when to use it/ have it with u?? If anyone was accused of the act simply because of this on their knob id be even more suspicious of the accusation in our society. Bizzare world ?????????
