Hi Guys, aint been on in ages but thought this was deffo the best place to ask, I'm just sorting though my mp3's of all my Vertigo tapes that I've collected off the net over the years and loads have "Grin" in brackets in the title :| was this an event or a club or something ? I always thought they were studio sets because most of them start with the first chord of the first tune.
Hope someone can clear this up for me, cheers :D

Majority are "studio" sets plus a couple of live ones (e.g. Moreton Lighthouse). Sold out of 3 Beat. Vertigo worked there, hence those amazing track lists!

Mixes from John Kelly, Welly and others were also released as "Grin" tapes.

Grin was the label if you like, although I think there may have been some nights off the back of the name.
