cheers fellas appreciate the replys,only looking for a plug and play one (usb) only,i did have a 1TB but it smashed ont floor and ive lost all my stuff now:mad: ,just looking for the cheapest out there

does it have an on / off switch on the unit itself?

i prefer to power it down without having to unplug it at the mains so a switch is a bonus, have got 2 freecom ones already but might get another one as its easier than sussing out what to delete to free up more space :$

No it doesnt jamz, I have bought a usb hub with on/off switches on it, but the unit is on basically when it is plugged int wall
