Tell ya what mate, I know it sounds weird as fuck but I was just about to do a 'F.A.O Scaz' thread to ask how you lot did today cos i didnt see the score and to also check the tenner was still on.

Mad as feck, When I refreshed to start me thread I saw you'd beat me to it!!!!!!

In terms of answerin g ya though, I reckon that selling Ricketts is probobaly a good thing for you asd long as the replacement doens the job. I wouldnt have said that 12 months ago but I reckon he's not doing what he was for ya's so nows the time to offload.

they drew 0-0 with fulham today played ok but should have won.

ricketts didnt play they said he had a hamstring injury but i think they judt made it up.

if they get 4 million for him it will be good buisness.to be honest he isnt and never will be a good striker.

thats why there trying to get rid of him while hes still worth something.

they need a top striker, this is the best team bolton have ever had there just not got the strikers for the job.

You know better than I do, but from what I know your absolutely spot on. I think Ricketts was one of those players who had a particular time when he was on form and stood out - But not a top player in the greater scheme of things.

I think youve got a good manager and team, and youve proved that with certain results, so like you say its just a matter of getting another piece or two of the jigsaw to vastly improve.

Errrm, ya still goin down though lol (gotta stick up for me bet eh ;) )

well if you look at all his goals over two years ,there wasnt many tap ins they where all from long range and things.everything he hit seemed to go in.

that only happens for so long,

this season they have played upfront on his own, everytime time the ball goes across goal your looking for ricketts to finish it of he will be stood on the wing somewhere.

ive never liked him.

get fredi bobic back he would have scored about 20 this se3ason if they had signed him.

No point going for some big name who will take fekkin ages to fit in - You need someone from div 1 or 2 who can fire in a shed load straight away cos big names nearly always take fekkin ages to fit in and time is something you lot aint got. If I give you 50 quid will you take Forlan and Blanc lol??

Im not being funny mate, but If you are from Leeds and dont support Leeds (Sheep Worriers) then its a passage from hell UNLESS you choose the Mickey Mousers cos thats going from bad to worse.

Mind you, as long as Jerzy Dudek's in goal we are one nil up from the start lol

ive never heard utd being described like that in bolton.

utd are boltons most hated team and its the only time the bolton boys turn out anymore.things could change next year if wigan go up and bolton go down.

i know a few of the wigan lads and they are really up for bolton.they havent played each other for about 8 years.
