Does anyone hear like me have some mad ODC patterns they follow..

I have been on a mad tidy sesion today, and when ever i tidy, i always put somthing to throw away on the side, and it has to be the last thing i chuck in the bin :S

Todays item is a yogurt pot. It is really pissing me off, because i have cleaned the house top to bottom. All i have to do now is put the last of my washing in, then mop the kitchen floor.

The yogurt pot is doing my nut in though. I cant put it in the bin until i mop the floor....but i cant mop the floor until my last bit of washing is done, otherwise i will get the floor dirty when i walk on it....Arrrrrrrr:mad:

Why do you have these strange lttle querks :D


I'll never buy yogurt again :naughty: :D

As far back as i can remember - probably when i was 5 lol - I have always counted in multiples of 5 in my head - Anything from walking to brushing my teeth :confused:

Oooo thats a good one m8, i do this on the way to work. I count the steps between lamp posts, if it dont add up to an even number, then it is gonna be a bad day at work......Why :D

I have to check the gas a certain number of times before i go to bed..always have for a long as i can remember...I've also got bargain ocd, where i can't rest if i know theres a cheap tune somewhere that noones bought ha ha. the gas checking one i think is one of the most common forms of ocd as i know a few people who do exactly the same thing

Haha i'm finding it hard to walk past a Greggs without buying a vanilla slice at the moment. Not sure if it's the same thing though:p :D

with my family.......
im really bad and ive got loads .... :$

firstly any tins or any jars in my kitchen have to be facing the correct way when i open the cupboards [ it drives me crazy if there not :S ]

secondly the towels in my airing cupboard have to be in a neat pile in order of size [ ie : big towels at the bottom :S ]

my worst is cleaning , im neurotic .... if its on the floor in my house , it goes in the bin ....

ive got a little better since having evie :love: , i have no choice :D

i have that many that id be here all nite typing , so ill leave you with them three.

it drives my hubs daft , he says living with me is like living with the guy from sleeping with the enemy :eek:

I have to have the loo roll on the holder the right way round or freaks me out badly :|

if my toast isnt buttered right to the edge i cant eat it :|

have to have my curtains hanging straight when i close um with no gaps showing :$

have to park dead straight in the car - if im not straight ill sit there phaffing till i am lol :cops:

have to have socks on in the house :|

loo roll is a biggie with me too debs:|
i also have to check my front door is locked by shaking the handle 3 times before i walk away!!! ive tried not to do it and have had to walk back to my flat to check!!!
we all have our odd little quirks it makes the world go round!!!!;)

good to hear I aint the only weird one then ;) lol
I find its worse under stress or if nervous, I start counting to 4 in my head really fast ?? 1,2,3,4...1,2,3,4...1,2,3,4...1,2,3,4 just keep doing it ??? how fooked up is that ? like that will make things better lol:$ :$

my ocd runs to checking doors and windows. ill check the door handle over and over and ill be walking away telling myself the door is locked............ even when im locking the house up ill say - windows are shut to myself even when i am walking back into a room to check.

I do it with my car - remote locking BUT i still have to walk around the car and try the handles. :S ive even gotten all the way to the office and then walked back out the building to the car park as i cant rem if ive locked my car all the while im telling myself i gotta have locked it..................:S

Another one for me...I have alicated pockets in which every item goes in its own pocket...I.E door keys always in front right, mobile front left, Loose change, back right.

I spent £50 on these Jeans about a year ago, and noticed they had no back right pocket...they have been hanging in the wardrobe ever since.....Ooo that's another one. All my cothes have to hang in the wardrobe with the hook on the top facing inwards, and my T-shirts have to go from left to right Black to White all the way through the colours and shades in order.

All the books on my book shelfs have to go large to small, left to right, and all my PS games (Which i have not played in years) have to go black before grey, left to right, they must be in numerical order in game order..I.E Tony Halk 1 then 2 then 3, and all the ps logos must be at the top


Records......dont even get me started on that one....Just ask Joker Jen lol
