wakes me up to ask if I am ok or constantly blows her nose. Tis a nightmare
 or talks or shouts in various languages or snores etc.......

I can have problems somtimes. I have found.....I need a routine, same bed time, same timeto get up etc; I have a routine I have before bed, get drink, wash face, sort stuff; DONT WATCH TELLY@BED TIME...it's the devil; If you have things on your mind.....right them down before you go to sleep, or they'll clog up mind when ur trying to wind down. Also let thoughts float out of ur mind as easilly as they float in. I have my own technique, a bit like meditation.
These are things I do to get to sleep. It has taken me years to learn how to combat insomnia, and even then it doesn't always work.
The main thing is.....NEVER think "I can't get to sleep!" Or you won't.

Good luck babes x x x:love:

I rarely get more than 6 hours kip a night anyway, but some nights I spend too much time online and get even less than that because my mind is still active:|

Occasionally I make up for the lack of sleep and get maybe 10 or 11 hours kip, but it's very rare.
