Sorry to hear that mate. I know what your going through. I lost my dad a month ago today. He was brought into hospital when he was vomiting blood. Turns out he had a massive cancer tumor that had burst his blood vessels. He was only 54. He had been feeling quite bad for a while and was waiting for the results of a CT scan. He had an appointment booked with the specialist for the Wednesday after his death. She would have told him he had week’s months left anyway. The cancer was so bad it was inoperable. I hope I have to never go through anything like this so soon. I hope no one has to go through it either but I suppose it is inevitable. It was heartbreaking watching him in hospital trying to fight this ugly disease. I mean a few days before he was cutting the hedge and working. The day before he died monday he managed to say quite a few words. He said to my uncle "How’s Business" When the priest came he said why is he here I will be alright tomorrow. I’m glad i got to say a few short words and he told me everything would be alright. He was always an internal Optimist. I just wish he would have been able to live long enough to see his 3 children grow up and do well. Life has really been brought into perspective for me over the last month. I didnt really want to say anything on this board as sometimes i really doubt peoples sincerity. Just needed somewhere to get a few things off my chest.
