Looking for a new house

Been looking to rent a place in coppull, chorley and went to see one that I tohught would be perfect today, but when I got inside, OH MY GOD - I let the pictures speak for themselves.

I offered to meet the landlord halfway with the cost of redecorating but he turned me down flat - doubt he'll find anyone willing to live here though!

I'm after renting for 12months to see if me n the missus can get along living together (ie. if she can put up with me! ) and we're after coppul specifically as I can then car share to get to work. It ain't going so well so far though - but fingers crossed...

If any of you have seen fear and loathing in las vegas - the stairs and the upstairs hallway had the same carpet as from the bar scene where the carpet starts creeping up his leg! :S
