You know for the better when your feeling a little grimm....

The strangest thing happend to me the other day to as which Im so very glad it did...

Somebody who I met when I was 21 had found me on that myspace the other day, somebody who I thought was long gone... when I was least expecting it and BANG there you go before you know it your chatting away, catching up and reminicisng and before you know it your proper smiling and laughing again!!

Mad as... I was proper made up the other day!

What mad and happy things such as this have happend to you as Im really wanting to know!

I recently had a friend who i have not seen for nearly 20 years get in touch with me via my sister who is registered on friends reunited. My old friend saw that this girl went to the same school as us and had my surname so she took a chance and messaged her asking if she knew me - well my sis got in touch and said 'yeah thats my sister, I will pass your number onto her'

well i called my old friend and when we met up it was a really tearful reunion. I thought id never see her again and up to the point where she messaged my sister - i did not know if she was still alive and to see her brought back so many memories for me. We talked for ages and swopped life stories and photos and i met her children (she has got 5 !!!) and it was amazing. We are now back in touch again and its great and i hope to never lose her as a friend again.

It is nice on here, dead nice.

I know Im a bit young and not as knowledgable about old skool as most of you lot on here, but I feel accepted. I've never fitted in at Uni, fell out with most of my friends, had extreme relationship and personal issues, and then I found that whenever I listened to old skool I just got into a happy mood, like that feeling before you go out on a friday night and everything just seems great. Its really lovely to go out and meet people off here too, everyone is really friendly and welcoming and there is a lot to be said for that. No other set of people have been as willing to chat to me and help me out like you lot have, and you all make me laugh and stuff.

i should shut up before somebody is sick lol

Last time something like that happened to me, was at the 2 school reunions i've been to and when a couple of old school chums (who I was really pally with at school and who missed the reunions) got in touch through friends reunited and we all met up for a few beers. Circumstances had obviously changed, but their personalities were still the same
