Thought I'd write a mini-review of Saturday, since so many OSA'ers made the trip over to Leeds......

Not being byest (!) but this weekend potentially tops them all..... what a night and after-party back @ DC16! There's not many places where you can wander round and chat face to face with the likes of Paul Woolford, Buckley and Dave Beer - and it's even madder when they're playing on your decks back at your house! lol

Basics was my favourate ever night on saturday, Lisa Loud was incredible.... walked into the room with her playing 'frankie bones - dangerous on the dancefloor' (dub) - proper mint as fook oldskool house set. Our room was rockin all night as we had people queueing outside for up to 2 and a half hours, nuts:ba: No-one minded in the end though, as the night really is something else .... on a similar par to Hazy in terms of atmosphere fo'sure.

Cookie warmed up nicely - loads of class new techno... before Marcus smashed an already ramajammed room to pieces.... then time for me and Chris b2b for the next hour and a half. Loved it. Got to go as deep as fook and set things up nicely for our dj superstar 'Fisha' to teke the roof off for the last hour and a bit:cops: Ketoloco @ Dc16 was the best organised house-party ever and will go down in history - reviewers and photographers from mixmag, dj mag, oneweektolive, traffic, resident advisor were all there.... so cant wait for next months issues' to come out!

I'm even contemplating having my ashes burried at that place when i finally go such has been the impact it's had on our lives! lol. My proud moment of the night being when the Beero told me that Saturday was his busiest ever Basics (we had 600+ on our paying list lol), and when you consider that place has had pretty much every top dj in the world play there at some point in the last 16 years then i guess it's sumet to be proud of!

Funniest part of the night was when i waltzed into eddies room at about 11am in the morning to find it absolutely rammed with peeps raving to Manic - I'm coming Hardcore and then Ultraviolet - kites.... everyone was lovin it! Class.

Shouts to Dannst, Anz & your crew, Chez, Loz and everyone else who got involved. I'm still shaking with excitement even now and havent been able to sleep properly yet..... dont think thats gunna stop anytime soon either! See yas at the next one :) All pics/vids/sets will be up in a few hours time, which is nice!

Roll on the next one!

Anyway, will post a proper review when i'm alive, but couldn't help but stumble by & say WHAT A FANFOCKINGTASTIC night!!!!!!! Wicked to see you bitches & dannster you nearly sharted on my head :condom: :condom:

Oh yeah, wait till you hear about this complete Irish wierdo they couldn't get rid of who tried to move in....had a suitcase with him & everything! Will tell more later peeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeace out kids

Finally got to Rehab about 2:20am after parking the car up and getting a cab. Cued for about 25 minutes, got in, texting everyone tryna find them, had a drink, then got a text saying "your not @ Rehab are you?? it's @ 'My house' :mad: :$ :$
Couldn't find the club...:( got there about 3:15 lol :D it were rammed :), massive turn out, well impressive.
back out the door an hour and half later when it wre closing:) lol
Back to Lozzie's met the couple she lives with / craig some how knows lol :thumbsup:

Then onto the after party.............................

Was one of the first few there, had a walk about, round the chill out room, and that mad one with all the lights up on the ceiling :) :thumbsup:
Soon was full with people, and was complete madness IMO :) LOL
Spent most of me time wondering about cause I wanted to sit down and could find anywhere
We all left after a few hours, got home, then decided to go back! :thumbsup:
Were chatting to an Irish guy in the kitchen (hello if you are or know him ;)) that suddenly stopped talking, took a statue type stanst and fell over :):crazy:
Did attempt to go downstairs for a dance and that a few times, but it was way way too much for me :)
Left in a right state, didn't have a clue, and the guy from the kitchen had some how made it into the hall way and were frozen upside down like a break-dancer :thumbsup: People were just striding round him and having a look :) :)
Blinding weekend! :)

Cheyl, Eddie, Danny, Dannster, Lozzie, Shardy(nob), Tim(nob), Duncan(nob) & 'Lee(nob)-who were f*cking crackers all weekend :)

LOL! Think that might be the same Irish guy that wouldn't leave, he'd been in a massive k-hole for hours & at some point sunday night everybody left the party while he was still in a hole downstairs, & I too had been in my own little warp & when I came round & started searching the house there were no people anywhere, then I found him & woke him up & we wandered the house for ages wondering if we were on 28 days later, then finally found the ten or fifteen stragglers up in one of the top bedrooms.

Anyway we all ended up carrying on in eddys room, the people who didn't live there left gradually apart from him, its a long story & he did lots of weird stuff in the mean time & told alot of extravagant lies & blagged everyones head to fk but it ended up with Hedley having to chuck him, his suitcase, his laptop (all of which he'd brought with him with the intention to squat at the house) half way down the road in the middle of sunday night, he doesn't know leeds at all either so god knows what happened to him after that, he had no money.

Ants yeah downstairs was intense! proper bleeped your head into mentalness, loved it! Didn't venture into smackoloco though...lol, luckily had eddys bedroom to veg in through incapacitated moments so avoided the body-pit, lol.

You can't really ask for a madder more intense event than that can you. Ace to see you all anyway Loz, Danny, Dannster, Antz & your Lee & co was ace to have you there. Loving the new house too, even more spacious i'd say? Oh & those light boxes that change coulour in one of the ground floor rooms....:fekked: lol.

Well done again guys, hopefully mixmag will be raving over it again :thumbsup: :cool:
