It's National Curry Week...

... so I've joined in by making a huge helping of Chicken Madras to my own recipe with some garlic & coriander naan bread as my side dish....


mmmmmmmmm.

(now sat here feeling like Mr. Creosote I'm that full)

We each bring a homemade curry. And sample each others blindfolded and score individually to find an overall winner.
The last couple of years have been Nihari only - this year is freestyle

cant get better than a balti in one of the thousands of asian restaurants around here. ( most are shite holes, lol )

we got our own balti triangle, where 3 roads meet and its just pure balti houses. hmmmmmm curry heaven
