Had a monster of a bank holiday weekend - wedding on Friday (hence couldn't get to timeless ), DJ-ing in Sheffield on Saturday night followed by a 24hour drug fuelled drinking session.

But feck me I've been ill this week, sore kidneys & stomach cramps all the way - hope me age isn't finally catching up with me :S

Still not to worry I'm off to the boozer - anyone coming?

Ah the aching kidneys. lol.

I get pains in my hands feet and knees as well, feel like arthritis!

Loads of water and a good fry up!
And a sauna if you can get near one!

It is age catchin up with ya Paul, it stinks eh, the mind is still willing to push yourself to the physical limits but your body is having none of it.

I've been doing it for the last 104 weekends on the run so i've got a pretty good rhythm going.

Go with the milk thistle, i drink it twice a day!!!!
