I've got this tune stuck in my head, the tape was early-mid 1991. It's Carl Cox and Man Paris. The tune I mean is right at the start, it has the accapella from Ralphi Rosario's 'You Used To Hold Me', it sounds a bit like Crystal Waters 'Gypsy Woman', so might be some Basement Boys production. Just before the tune is dropped Carl Cox is playing another tune with the accapella from Yello's 'The Race'.
The words are hard to make out, but it's a girl singing 'I'm not in love, i'm not in love' while Man Paris shouts 'We got love power!' over it. Couple of shouts to Sluggy from Leicester too
