One of the phono connectors on my decks is playing up and i can't figure out how to remove the actual connector to replace it with another one. I've searched the net but to no avail. PLEEEEEAAASE can someone tell me how to do this? Your help is VERY much appreciated. Cheers!

You have to cut it off and solder on a new one, you need to be sure it is the connector and not the actual cable though. If its the cable you will have to replace it which shuld be easy enough when you get the deck open

i would'nt go to that extreme of cuttin it off like ? , if its a 1210 then just take your platter off , makes sure your tone arm is secure and turn it upside down get the back off the deck , there you will see small spade end connectors to your tone arm and so on , just fiddle around with the connectors for the phono jacks. just follow the leads into the deck
