help needed

hi all looking for an id on a tune, it starts with really spooky bells like a childrens rhyme i suppose, the riff is " ding ding d ding ding" (if you get that then hats off) in my mind its from around 92-93 i think but could be well out.
not much to go on but any help would be most welcome
