New to this site but a frequent rambler on backtotheoldskool.

Just wanted to say hello to you all.

Am I right to say this site is more about the piano house era than the hardcore era?
Either way it's fine with me as I own a fair bit of both.

A bit of history.
Got into the scene 1990, got well into it by 1991, got annoyed with where it was going by 1993.
Have never stopped buying tunes from between 88-93.
These days I'm into deep/tech house......and lots of oldskool, of course.

Yep, from the saaaf me, innit.
Grew up around Oxfordshire doin all the free raves. Moved to Brighton 3 years ago cos there was nothing happening back home.

I do like to be beside the seaside. :tonksi: :icecream:

Alright m8y!!!:thumbsup: from Brighton aye... i'd like to move there someday.. everyone seems really laid back there.. do they still have them free raves on the beach down there?? went to one about 3 years ago, was really mad!! full of new age travellers and hippies... sound as hell they were..:thumbsup:

Yeah man, laid back and easy, that's Brighton.
Yes they do still have the free raves on the beach on summer nights. Dancing away with the moonlight reflecting off the sea, the noise of the waves and a nice cooooool breeze. Anyone picturing that? Yum yum. Oh, and bongos, of course, for that tribal tip. :drum:
I'd recommend this place to anyone who likes the idea of kickin back after work with a few J's and a beer on the beach for the whole of the summer.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

PS. Just realised this sounds like I'm gloating. It's not meant to, I just love it down here and I'm just selling the idea to ya! ;)
