And I don't mean the ones that keep you warm in winter.

So, it's the Golden League athletics meeting in Rome last Friday and you're warming up for your long jump competition.

Sadly Johnny Wonkyarm is about to chuck his javelin at the other end of the stadium. No prizes for guessing what happened next.
