Both kings of the progressive, deep and mainly non commercial groove. Both not shy of using obscure lyrics and both capable of ripping up the dance floor.

For me it`s Fluke - tunes like Absurd, Atom Bomb, Bullet & Switch/Twitch never fail to float my boat! phones:

I'm not one for this polling malarkey but this one caught my eye!

Underworld shade it for me simply on there wealth of material - I mean being able to write ' Second Hand' and 'Cowgirl' is some feat.....both superb examples of their genre..............but Fluke are up there with the best - their 'Johnny Panic' mix is sublime, 'Philly' and the balearic stuff as welll. I was never overly keen on their prog stuff - good but theres was always loads of better stuff that never got the attention.

Sevenoaks, down south
both were massive, but underworld did som much quality remix work for the following

shakespear sister
william orbit
cafe del mar
drum club
saint etienne

as well as excellent work as lemon interuptphones:

Although pretty shite since emerson left IMHO:$

but Fluke are up there with the best - their 'Johnny Panic' mix is sublime

it's not as good as the orig imo... it's only recently I've heard the orig (always heard the Fluke mixes) but by God it pisses over the Fluke mixes... imo ;)

shakespear sister
drum club

2 absolute beasts there & my reason for voting for em :)

Drum Club - Sound System
Shakespear's Sister - Black Sky

Along with these

Spooky - Schmoo

Underworld - Rez / Why, Why, Why

SHOOMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 :fekked:   :moonie:

I am shocked......I know the original as it's on the album, and its an Okish attempt at dance music by pop musicians.....whereas the Fluke mix is simply divine.

YouTube - Tears For Fears - Johnny Panic And The Bible Of Dreams

It's the bass & gospel vocals that do it for me - just came outta nowhere (good name for a tune that) - mebbes it's a diff mix on the 12 to the album ?
