yeah, I've got a few longer layers to blend em in, wanted it long tho!!!

They're the proper ones, racoon (www.racooninternational.com) individual ones and much better quality hair than the wefts!!!! They'll be in my hair for at least 3 months!!!

What colour you goin??? :D

I used to get racoon ones, had them done 4 or 5 times, only one or two underneath layers though, I have to say, they were dropping out after a couple of weeks, gone in a month tops :| knotted loads and cost a frikkin arm and a leg. Maybe mine just hadn't been put in very well, plus I wasn't overly careful with them, didn't use the special shampoo's or soft bristle brush etc. If you're really careful with them I reckon they'll probably be reet though, time will tell!!!!! They look great at the moment though so enjoy 'em while they're there.

I'm going some fantastical shade of brown which I haven't decided on yet, a warmer colour for summer, can't decide whether to keep it dark brown or go a little lighter, a bit more golden or chestnutty, lol. Either way i'm keeping my blonde bits & adding a load more with extensions. Funked up as ever. :D

you do have to be careful with the products you use with the racoon ones but if they weren't right after a few weeks then they prob wont have been done right. Plues, they should include in the whoppin price follow up maintenence visits so they stay lookin good!!!! :D

I could have gone back and taken the hair that had dropped out back (since you only pay for the exact amount they order and put in) and they would have stuck it back in for me again if i'd have been arsed, but the hair is tatty by then anyway, and it comes out in small tufts, in awkward places, like the pub toilet, so gathering it all together is quite a chore. Well, good luck with them chicko, i'm a skeptic but thats only from my experience, just warning you as a friend, don't be disappointed if they don't last too long :) They look good now so who cares. I should be in Ibiza the same time as you so if they're still there then i'll give Racoon the benefit of the doubt, and you a million pounds. Only kidding chuck :he she: :ba: :hubba:

they look good sonz :D - i hope that they stay in !! :D

id love to have them done myself but the only thing that puts me off is how long they have been known to last and the maintenance side of things too. not that im lazy or anything but i dont want to spend hours on my hair everyday - i have to spend enought time on it as it is without extentions as i alternate between curling my hair and straightening it, lol. Like Miss C said - ill wait and see how long these raccoon ones last before taking the plunge and having it done, lol
So keep us updated hun and I hope that they do stay looking good for you :D

Or do them yourself like I do, just buy the hair (its real hair sewn onto a looooong length, you get shit loads), £25 quid for 18inch length hair, which is the 2nd longest length they do, then the glue is £2.99, OR in your case, what would be perfect for you if you can't be arsed having them in all the time, ('cos they do add a good half hour onto your getting ready time), is clipping them in, you just need to buy clips instead of glue and sew them on and clip them in for a night out or whatever! I've been doing mine for ages now, it saves sooo much cash and its wicked because you can taylor them to exactly how you want them, you can have as much hair as you want in without having to pay extra, add more in whenever you need to, add other colours in (I put blonde bits in), chop it, glue it back in yourself if at comes out, whatever you want, and they've lasted longer than any salon ones i've ever had....and i've had alot!! :D :D

I get them from a special hair shop in Hudds called Ebony & Ivory, they do them in Leeds indoor market too in a shop called Pauls, and i'm not sure where for manchester, Lozzie will know, she has some. You can order them off the net as well I think :D :D
