Ebay Debackle !!

Has anybody else had these sort of problems with ebay ?

I preordered an xbox 360 and decided to put it on ebay for a 7 day auction, ok it gets to the last 39 mins and suddenly the auction is pulled and my account with all its posotive feedback is suspended, what the feck is goin on i hear you say (me too). Anyway after several days and e-mails i am told that my name and address can't be verified and i have to send proof of this and xbox purchase, to the ebay investigations dept in Dublin...


Unbeleivable i have had my account for years and never been asked for proof of id etc.....

Am i right in saying that you dont actually have the product in your possesion then, as its on "preorder" ? In effect then you have nothing to sell right ? WTF you complaining about ? Or am i reading this wrong ?

I hear there has been a lot of fraud concerning ebay and the xbox 360 phenomena - peeps paying over 600 quid and hey presto no xbox lol.
