Been stuck in my head and I can't figure out what it is or who did it. Was a house tune making the rounds probably 1993-1995, and it sampled "Feel No Pain" by Sade, just the last line of her song.
It drops in "Ohh, did you ever..." multiple times as the song builds up, then finally plays the whole "Ohh, did you ever see a man break down" and kick into a beat/melody.
