On Bob's link where it lets you download a ram streaming file it's possible to download the full mix.

Just grab the .ram file and open it up with a text editor, it will show the link to the full download mix (in rm format) real media.

thanks for the info, ive got the link now but every time i put it into the address bar it just starts auto playing the file, is there any way of getting around this so i can download the file?

and if i right click the link "save target as" it just downloads a link to the stream
