discogs problem

need a bit of asvice folks
bought a tune from france
clubsoul-i'll be the one { one way recs}
received it but its not on one way records and the mix i wanted is'nt even on the one he sent
the one he sent is'nt even listed ion discogs
ive asked the seller for a refund but they have'nt replied{4 days since}
where do i stand?
