Corn exchange ??? Pos vertigo ???

Can anyone correctly ID this tape for me please ? I want to add it to my youtube channel but am not 100% sure who or where it is. I have it labelled as Corn Exchange, It's obviously 92, and i reckon the second half could possibly be Vertigo...
absolutely CRACKING tape whoever it is

I was thinkin it was perhaps the people behind either Mix Factory or Terrorize but cant seem to find out by them that matches it ... But ill keep on ratchin for now
