Besides, Ive broke practiacally every bone in my body, it was nearly 3 weeks till i realised that Id broken my ankle last time I broke it and even then it was luck that it came to light !!!!

Not a bad choice Cam, but I forgot to mention the legs had to be broken at the knees and go out either side at right angles - so each foot was out past your shoulders - and they had to stay that way.
