Never had a problem with it. I think my year with them is up any time now and I may change to someone else, Nildram I think, as they are cheaper. Service wise though, BT have been spot on for me.

Ive herd horror stories about BT's BB, I used to work for an ISP and BT just stick all home users on 1 line and forget about them, you only get a good service if you are a business with BT or you pay through the nose for it, so im told.

Any how if you want business connection BB for £26.99 per month + VAT let me know i'll get the ISP to contact you about it.

Good things about this is they only supply business use not personal and therefore if you use the internet at night when the businesses arent on line you get a faster connection as your not sharing the pipe ;)

They will supply to personal for me cause i know them well :)

If you wana know more PM me

you can compare providers there, and IMO any BT isp is best avoided, dial up or broadband.

it makes me laugh the amount of people who go with bt or even worse aol when it takes 5 mins to find out how crap they are..

i'm currently with virgin.net broadband as they don't have a minimum contract which is what i wanted most from my isp.

I'm with Tiscali an they was crap at first cos they hammered too many coustomers too soon (free modem did it I think) but they must have done somat cos its been sound for the last couple of months , fast as yer like constant an only disconnected twice in three months.

Still gonna get cable when I move tho, cos its cheaper for the 1meg an I can swerve me fat BT bill!

pipex.net - cheap as chips and not had no makor mither with em - gets the  from me

I reckon they're ok as well particularly for the price.
I had a bit of mither with em once where it was off for a day or two but that apparently was a BT problem at the exchange - that's the only problem with DSL, whoever you use it goes through BT equipment :(
The service does seem to be better than it was last year, they've cleaned up their act a bit. 50mb of free webspace as well :)
