My bill keeps coming saying '4MB package' told NTL this 6 mths ago & was told you are definatly definatly on 10MB.....

Always thought it was slow, rang again this week & was told same thing again even though bill STILL says 4MB!

So i've been testing my speeds this w/e & at worst its 1.5MB, 3.7MB at best, so looks to me like i'm on 'Upto' 4MB like my bill says!

So....I've been paying £37 a month for 4MB instead of 10MB (supossed to be upped to 20MB now?)

Am i getting scammed by the 'upto' cop out though?

If you have NTL/Virgin 'upto' 20MB please do this test & let me know the results please

I'm on 20 Meg and the Results from your Speed Test Were

Download 2644kbps / Upload 666kbps

I wouldn't use that speed test as proof though, cos thats saying i'm getting about 2 Meg i think, but if i fire up the NTL News Server im getting 20 Meg

About the same as mine then? 10mb was upped to 20mb a while back. Speeds look pretty dissapointing to me? 20mb sounds fast as fcuk.

This ones a bit more like it:
