AAAAGH.....a BAT!!!

Ok so...i was woken up last night by my youngest cat busby running furiously up n downstairs and banging into my bedroom door, i was rather pissed of at this (who wouldn't be!) , i heard however a strange tweetering noise and thought ''Oh shit, theres summat in the house!'' i woke lee up, but he couldn't hear anything, typical! So i opened my bedroom door, slighty, i was shittin me pants! and all of a sudden busby charged at the door, lol i slammed it shut and went straight back to me bed, heart pumpin well fast. I heard that noise again and thought that it was either a mouse, a bat or busby chasing a fly, he has been known to chatter is teeth with excitment whilst doing that! Anyway, i managed to get back to sleep, and woke up this morning come downstairs and on the floor was.....a dead BAT!! Only a little thing bless it, but very dead, busby had had a chew on it, which surprises me coz with my ant situation, he only looks and follows the bloody things! Anyway.....How the HELL has a bat got into my house??!! I don't mind them but i DO mind them in my house! Also, its a sign of a death in the family if your superstitsious.

Do these bloody creatures think i have a welcome mat at me front door?! .....got some ant killer yesterday, muwhahaha!! Hopefully they'll be gone soon.

lol tracy ive had this , they blind aint they and follow light senses when i was younger i was in the bedroom with m8s playin on the amiga with lights out then all of sudden summat smacked me round my head lol me being me i i laid into my m8 sayin he twatted me, lol then we switched light on and a bat was flying round the room, we waited till it settled though and caught it with a jam jar, tbh i dont know why people are scared of them they quite cute lil furry things . loved em ever since. take it you have a few trees behind your house cause they come out at dusk.

We get bats flying around every night, theres plenty of trees round here. I like bats, there like flying mice, and i don't mind mice. Poor little thing, if i had had the balls i would have gone out onto the landing to see what the noise was, funny really coz if it had been daytime i would have caught it no probs and set it free. I'm thinking it could have come in through the kitchen window whilst lee was having a cig last night.

when i first moved in my flat i came home one night to find a bird in there and it had totaly wrecked the place, smashed me massive mirror and ripped me curtains, it looked like i had been robbed called the bird people and got no joy, in the end i called the police and they came out to shift it, was the funniest thing i ever saw, a copper shitting it and running from a bird that kept nose diving for his head!!

in the end i had about 3-4 other episodes of birds getting in and eventually found out where they were getting in, thru my bath panel and a massive hole in my wall near my bath waste pipe :|

even tho birds n bats n stuff are ded small, you still shit it when it keeps flying for ur head, they are more scared of you than you are of them

Lol, you can say that again! The ants seem to have done one n all, i must have shit them up with me mad hoovering antics, once i'd hoovered up a load they would send two ants out to investigate then a few more etc etc, then HOOVER TIME!!! lol

Having said that I couldnt sleep last night, due to having very freaky nightmares :| so I went to the loo and saw tiger and loly playing with a baby mouse!!!! I was too tired to try and catch it, but never saw it this morning when I got up, so I have no idea what happened to it

I hate waking up after having a freaky dream. Haha, as if you saw them with a mouse and didnt bother to get it, lolol that'd be like me! Leave it to the cats.

Trace not being funny or owt, but iv just got home from roz's and read the 'citizen', there's a page on Bat's being infected with rabies You need to get your cats tested for defo. These bats are from round here ect. :|

Seriously get them tested tracy its a serious matter. :| :|

Well, i thought i'd better check out this rabies thing and how its caught etc..

I've read that the only way a human can catch rabies is thru the animal biting you, its saliva travels up into your veins etc. Also saliva in your eyes, nose and mouth. So theres no need to panic lol, none of us touched it, although i got rid of it but i used gloves n tissues.

As for busby, i'm gonna ring the vets today and get some advice. Mia was never even in the house at the time so shes alright.

Sounds like u av had some major invasions from all type of animal and insect life. I have been having a similar problem myself - loads of gnats (is that how u spell em lol) keep flying in as soon as the doors open - fookin ell they take the piss - and it was only t'uther week we had Fergal the Micro Frog Roach chillin out on the cold tap! :|

Them flys bug ya dead bad don't they when ya watchin telly they just come flying in thick as ken and say "Oooooooh I thought big light was t'moon" Daft buggers Me and Ste was Ninja choppin em all last night!

And apart from that we have loads of Wombats and Pigmy Shrews and Serpents lying in the Jungle in the Back Yard. Just had next door neighbour complainin about it apparently they have been venturing into his back yard! ha ha the cheeky ratscallions! lol
