So here we are back at work on a Monday, doing the same old thing for yet another week!

I watched Cocktail last night and it got me to thinking what would I really want to do if i could do anything, anywhere?

I gotta admit serving cocktails on the beach in Jamaica has it's appeal, I wouldn't mind doing that for a few years.

What would you like to do and where would you like to do it if you could do anything?
