the best way to host your mixes on this site is to become a gold member, you get some webspace free to put your mixes up.
Its dead easy and theres instructions on how to do everything in the gold members section.
Thats what i did cos i aint got a clue about webspace and all that pollava. :S
Other than that i wouldnt have a clue about anything else, sorry, not very helpfull really :$
