IN A HOUSE
I was a bit of a mad cat in the 80s always on me push bike with headphone cassette and a carrier bag of tapes and batteries to keep me going.

Just like today back then having so many choons to listen too there was only a few tapes I wore out as I was constantly changing tapes.

Here are 10 that took the heads off me tape deck.

NOWDANCE-89 - VARIOUS

NENEH CHERRY - RAW LIKE SUSHI

Kiss me brown eye
I couldnt drive till i passed my test about 1990 so no tapes for me till then, i didnt need em, other mates had wog boxes and tapes to go in em.. Me bessy mates had a cousin in canada so we got the early drop on the Electro tapes being sent over and they got hammered,
But when we got the car fitted with an Alpine with HX pro and Dolby, the ones that i remember getting worn out or the tape coming out and twisted when you wound it back with a pencil are in no order of preference, Megabass, breaks bass and bleeps, A Welly tape, dunno which one, and the end of Biorhythm turned inside out and played backwards for the last 5 minutes which was trippy as fuck, until that too wore out.
The last 'un i remember wearing out was Vertigo Hippy pigs coming away from the Kielder stage of the Network Q rally, dunno the year, but i got in to a race down the A1 coming around Scotch Corner with a french Peugeot team, their service barge and god knows who else.
I hit the roundabout sideways full on and pissed these French boys off, all thier spotlights came on, the lights on their service barge lit up and off it went!
I remember it going mental and there being loads of us all tearing down the A1.
If you Google the year Francoir Delacour Got nicked for Speeding on the A1 at Harrogate in a team Ford Cossie. Sapphire.. (wasnt fuck all to do with me, honest, i'd pulled back at the time 'cause of the roadworks just outside Harrogate and was driving at the speed limit, Hossifer..):$

over there
Mostly U2 tapes for me, was buying records at a very ealry age or pinching my sisters. A lot of the U2 albums were recorded off older mates til I started buying the lp's, but I used to go in 4play and Our Price etc and pinch the in lay cards from the cassette boxes in the racks to make mine look like originals :$ :D
