This month (October) sees the classic oldskool house tunage provided all night long by the likes of Shooms, Ed and myself..... with next month (Nov 2nd) also featuring the man like Pauly P on the decks, in addition to one very special guest....

Public Life is a great little venue, and certainly one of my favourite weekend hangouts in London! It’s the old Shoreditch Public Toilets which have now been converted into a small basement club.... pretty surreal, but very underground! Gunna be a top top party fo’sure! Got loads of on-the-night surprises in store, and if the atmosphere reaches even half the level as some of our previous parties then we’re all in for another minter of a night.....!

Public Life is a small and very popular venue (150 capacity), which means it rams out very quickly.... So if you intend to come along, please get down early, as it’s usually a lock-out by 10pm! :D (oh, and obviously we'll be providing the after-party details on the night;) )

No prizes for guessing what the last tune will be! (On it’s 20th anniversary too!):cops:

Roll on the 5th..... let us know if you fancy heading down and i'm sure i'll be able to put some of yous up for the night:) The man like Biggy has moved in with us now btw! (We're taking over the capital one by one.....)

Cheeky get.
I hope Shoom doesn't dye his hair ginger again, I've got my rep to think about.

I can't decide what to play yet, think it'll range from 88-07, plenty of vocals, maybe a couple of breakz versions of old skool tunes as well. I'm starting with a hip hop record from 89 for sure.

My idea is to bring back that vibe of playing different genres in a set, and most of all to get people dancing and letting go a bit. That Hac mix from August 89 is a real inspiration, and my nights at Crunch and Wobble, I'll be dropping a few big ones from that era as well.

I've wanted to do this since about 1993, so am really looking forward to it. Couldn't do it without Danny's energy and mates as well, all mine are married, fucked, or slipped into middle age. At least as a DJ you can be the oldest guy in there and not look a sad case....
